What Is Ozempic?
Semaglutide (Ozempic) is a prescription medication used to treat and manage Type 2 Diabetes. The active ingredient is Semaglutide which mimics the action of one of your bodies natural hormones (GLP1). Buy Ozempic (Semaglutide) weight loss injection online
It is also responsible for making you feel full and as a result, reducing your appetite. GLP1/Semaglutide also delays the emptying of your stomach which again goes toward making you feel fuller for longer.
In clinical studies, Ozempic / Semaglutide has been shown to be effective and acceptable for use by patients with Type 2 Diabetes. The clinical evidence also suggests that Semaglutide may also help obese patients with weight loss, leaving the patient feeling more satisfied after eating. Buy Ozempic (Semaglutide) weight loss injection online
This suggests that Semaglutide may be a more potent drug and possibly better suited to those with a higher BMI or who may be classed as obese. The license indication is for type 2 diabetes and studies have looked at weight loss as a secondary endpoint. Clinical trials for which have looked at weight loss as a primary endpoint have recently been completed and are with the regulatory authorities pending a license to treat weight loss and obesity. Prescribing Ozempic for weight loss in the US is therefore off-license, although clinically justified.
Important to note that this medication is still undergoing medical trials and has not been approved as a form of weight loss medication as of yet.

Semaglutide (Ozempic) And Weight Loss
Ozempic Injection For Weight Loss, Whilst Ozempic has been marketed and licensed for Diabetes, the active ingredient (Semaglutide) has shown to suppress appetite and help the person taking it feel fuller quicker after a meal and for longer. This means that those taking Semaglutide are not just likely to consume less during a meal, feeling fuller for longer would mean being less likely to snack as much between meals. This reduction in appetite may also contribute to patients eating smaller portions than what they’re used to. An overall significantly less calorie deficit would tend to result in patients beginning to lose weight when they start taking Ozempic.
How Effective is Semaglutide (Ozempic) for Weight Loss?
A number of clinical trials have been carried out to show the effectiveness of Semaglutide as a weight loss drug. In one such study, 957 participants had taken part, all with a BMI of 30 or above, over 18 years of age and non-diabetic. The study found that 957 participants with a BMI of 30 kg/m2 or more took part in a clinical trial to test the efficacy of Semaglutide as a weight loss drug. Eligible participants were adults over the age of 18 years, who did not have diabetes. 37-65% of those taking Semaglutide lost an estimated 10% or more body weight across all doses.
How Is Ozempic Taken?

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) “6 months. -65 pounds. Hypertension gone. Pre Diabetes gone. Sleep apnea gone. Lower leg skin breakdown gone. Slow progress now. I must fight return of old eating habits. Wegovy is not for wimps. But if you really want to lose weight, this is the way to go. This is like bariatric surgery in a small needle.”

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) “I was hesitant to try Ozempic for weight loss (need to lose 30 lbs) because I have a lot of kids/responsibilities and don’t have the time to be nauseous or debilitating diarrhea, etc. After keeping the pen in the fridge for weeks, I decided to risk an injection and I’m so happy to say I’ve had zero side effects except a disinterest in food. I’m on week six of the .25 dose because its enough for me and I don’t see a reason to increase the dose. My lack of interest in food is liberating! For the first time in 30 years I don’t go to bed kicking myself for what I’ve eaten or making promises to myself to make amends for overeating. Zero sugar cravings…food isn’t a reward or pleasure anymore. I’m never ravenous so I make good, calm choices about what I eat. This has been life changing and a complete shift in perspective. Obviously some people have terrible side effects, but I’ve had none (not even a headache!).”

For Diabetes, Type 2 “I started ozempic 9 months ago. At the time I was a little over 200 lbs and was taking 1000 mg of metformin daily. Metformin had worked for me for almost 20 yrs so I didn’t expect that is had suddenly stopped working. For 3 years I gained weight even though I worked out, and I thought it was just my appetite out of control. One random day I realized my metformin was the problem. I saw a new dr who prescribed ozempic. What a miracle! 9 months later and I’m down 40 lbs, my a1c dropped from 8.1 to 5.6, and I have virtually no symptoms from the drug other than fullness. The symptoms in the beginning did not last long either. Nausea, headache, fatigue…all cleared up within a week or 2 each time my dose was increased. It can cause what feels like constipation but for me it’s just that I simply haven’t eaten enough. This drug feels too good to be true. I’m so pleased with my experience so far!”

For Diabetes, Type 2 “I have started Ozempic 7 weeks ago and my blood glucose is much better controlled. I saw the difference after the 2nd day on my glucose level and on how I felt (less fatigue, lower appetite). I only had some mild to moderate nausea at the beginning, no other side effect. It is very easy to use, no pain at all. I am very satisfied with Ozempic, it is very effective and it helps in losing weight, which also contributes to a better glycemic level.”

“Started on Ozempic Sept 2020, starting weight 312 lbs (5’ 4”). I am type 2 diabetic and take 2550mg of Metformin daily. HbA1c was 79, sugar cravings and blood sugar out of control. Started on 0.25 dose, for a month. Quite bad stomach cramps and nausea for the first month. Went up to 0.5 on month 2, then 1.0 dose for month 3 and since. No 1 tip – inject into your leg rather than around your belly. Once I changed to injecting in my leg, nausea and cramps disappeared overnight & never came back. To maximise effectiveness, you can’t eat like you did before. I re-joined Weight Watchers in Sept. I have lost 80lbs in 5 months, HBA1c dropped from 79 to 51 which is normal type 2 level although the doc feels with more weight loss, it could go to normal levels. In Ireland, diabetes is classed as a long term illness so all medications are covered by the government so I don’t have to pay for this. Otherwise costs €195.”

“I did one injection and have been ill since. Have had acid reflux, burping, vomiting, constipation, headache and dizziness. I tried to eat small meals and drink plenty of water as directed by my physician, but I have been unable to hold anything down. 5 days after my first injection, I’m off work drinking pedialyte trying to get my strength back and avoid being hospitalized. This is the worst that I have ever felt in my life.”

“I’ve been Ozempic for 4 weeks. I am so glad that my doctor sat me down and told me what to expect. She also asked if I could handle it. She said that if you can make it through the 4th week I promise it will get better. She was right. I was pretty sick the first two weeks. I learned that it had a lot to do with me trying to eat my normal intake of food. Once I started to catch a clue and making my portions smaller, I learned it would make me feel better. I could guarantee if I ate too much, I’d feel like crap. People aren’t kidding about the side effects. It’s real. But I made it and am now starting to feel better with each day. I’ve lost 18 pounds now and I’m amazed. Yes it makes you sick but if you keep trying to eat like you did it will be worse. You have to start listening to your body You can’t keep eating your same amounts and expect to lose weight.”

“Started taking this medication off label for weight loss only, I am not diabetic. Started on Aug 30, 2020. First 2 weeks I had some mild nausea nothing terrible and some mild dizziness, the past 2 weeks I have had no symptoms. I definitely cannot eat what I use to or you will feel sick. I am doing the weekly injection at 0.25 along with weight watchers and in the past 26 days I have lost 10.5 lbs :). My sweet tooth cravings are pretty much gone. Really happy so far, I am increasing to 0.50mg next week. I’ll keep you all posted!”

“I haven’t been able to get past the 0.6 dose for 7 weeks due to headaches, sinus congestion, and heartburn. I was injecting at night and switched to mornings, and I am down 7 pounds. My sleep has improved, and I have cut down my nighttime eating by about 80%. I spend at least 6 hours a week exercising but feel more fatigued than usual. I have been adding 1 ounce of coconut water to two cups of water to help reduce the feelings of nausea, and it helps with hydration. I have been eating four smaller, balanced meals and sweets occasionally when my blood sugar feels low. I am trying to make sure I do not lose lean body mass or bone density by losing weight too fast, and I want it to be permanent. I will repeat the blood work in 6 weeks. Slow and steady wins the race.”
*This patient mentioned in her review of Saxenda that she had to adjust the time of day that she was administering her injections to alleviate some of her challenges.
Saxenda should be taken at the same time every day for the best results. There is no preferred time that it should be taken, so each patient needs to determine what works best for them. She also mentioned that she is experiencing fatigue, which is a commonly known side effect of this type of prescription drug. Normally, this goes away for most patients as they lose weight and begin to eat a healthier diet.
If you are taking Saxenda and are experiencing extreme fatigue, speak to your doctor. It’s possible that your dose needs to be adjusted, or maybe you need a different prescription to help you lose weight.

“I am on my second week of Saxenda injections, and so far I’ve taken a total of ten doses. My current dose is 1.2 mg per day. I experienced vomiting on the second night because I ate too much, but I have had no other side effects so far. I have lost about 11 pounds in only 10 days and have very little appetite, especially at night. Child-sized portions seem to be more than enough to make me feel full. Do not overeat, or you will vomit. It is easy to give yourself the injection, and it is painless because the needle is very small.”

“In my life, I do not ever remember feeling full unless it is Thanksgiving Day or I have eaten an entire pizza. I started at 274 pounds and I am six feet, 2 inches. I have been using Saxenda for about three weeks, and I am down to 260. So far, I have had no side effects, and now I can say I know what it is like to feel full. If you eat too much, it does not feel good, so don’t do it. Also, I am not having cravings for all the bad foods anymore. It is nice to not feel hungry all the time after feeling hungry my whole life.”
Cindy –
“I have always struggled with losing weight. I started with Victoza, which did not help me lose much weight, and my doctor recommended Saxenda. I began taking Saxenda about 5 months ago, and I am already down 36 lbs. I will be honest and say that I don’t exercise except for chasing after my toddler. I am very pleased with my progress on Saxenda. When I started taking it, I weighed 283 pounds, and I am currently down to 246 pounds. I believe if I were to exercise, I would lose a lot more. The Saxenda has not made me feel yucky at all, and I have had no side effects. The best thing for me is that I have not felt hungry. The Saxenda shots have also been very easy to take. Although you have to use a needle, it is very small and does not hurt.”

Ozempic is the best insulin for me, it’s the only brand that fulfills my needs perfectly. Gladly, I found affordable prices here, otherwise I would go bankrupt because of my monthly insulin stock up!
